Perhaps you need to set the Application Root address for ICTFax.

Go to ICTFAX System settings after logging-in as admin in the Web GUI. Go to "Plivo Gateway Settings". Set your appliction root address. i.e.

Code: Select all
http://FAX1.DOMAIN-NAME.com/ictfax

or
Code: Select all
http://FAX1.DOMAIN-NAME.com/ictfax/index.php

I hope it will work.

When fax status remain receiving, it is due to following reasons:

It could be due to tiff2pdf converter. tiff2pdf is not 100% reliable. Sometime TIFF to PDF doesn't work and sometime it creates PDF. So it is recommended to change it to some other reliable tiff2pdf generation software.

But there are 2 other things to verify before we can say it is tiff2pdf issue. Change following in the source code to verify results. Go to "ictpbx" module folder. Then "ictfax" module folder. Then open "ictfax.module" file.

1. Try replacing full redirect URL on line 1125. Write something like that on this line:
Code: Select all
<Redirect>http://127.0.0.1/ictfax/?q=ictfax/send_email/' . $inbox["fax_inbox_id"] . '</Redirect>

Where $inbox["fax_inbox_id"] is the id of your current fax. You can try replacing a hard-coded value to test. For example, if your current job id is 31, then to test for the next fax receive, try replacing 32 above and the url would become something like:
Code: Select all
<Redirect>http://127.0.0.1/ictfax/?q=ictfax/send_email/32</Redirect>

NOTE: URL http://127.0.0.1/ictfax is with respect to plivo. How plivo would access your http server? 127.0.0.1 means plivo and http server are on the same machine.

2. Second thing is your fax inbox web address. From ICTFAX System, go to application path settings and set your Inbox Web Address as you enter to access URL. For example, if you access the system from an IP Address xxx.xxx.xxx.xxx, then set it like that:
Code: Select all
http://xxx.xxx.xxx.xxx/ictfax/sites/default/files/ictfax/inbox

Similarly, if you access your system from some domain e.g. http://mydomain.com. Then change it to:
Code: Select all
http://mydomain.com/ictfax/sites/default/files/ictfax/inbox

I hope this would help you to understand the working for the system and will solve your problem.
